REFUND POLICY
We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund if you received the wrong item(s), your item(s) arrived damaged, or your item(s) have not arrived after 30 days (India) or 60 days (international). Please contact us here.
WHAT IF YOU RECEIVE A BROKEN OR DAMAGED PRODUCT?
If you receive a broken, damaged or wrong item(s) please inform us within 14 days after you have received your order. Unfortunately, if the information reaches us after 14 days, we will not be able to process refund.
CANCELING AN ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS
If you have placed an order through Debit-Credit card and wish to cancel the order before the order ships. So, 10% of the total value of your order will be deducted as transaction charges and the remaining 90% will be refunded to you.
